PSI Review - Generation XYZ

Even the youngest of the young people at cyber-Wear are immersed in the action, learning valuable lessons about everyday life at the fair. Because the days spent at the trade fair weren’t filled with tedious and uninteresting assignments – quite the opposite!

You can't help but be impressed when you contrast the assignments cyber-Wear gives to apprentices with those given by other businesses (assuming those businesses are permitted to attend a fair at all). Employees at the apprentice level being permitted to participate in such crucial procedures rather than just being there and observing them is by no means common. For us, this has essentially meant that we have been able to gain an excellent overview of the diversity and operation of the industry. We'll now give you a brief overview of what we've been able to accomplish.

Since no other firm manages a whole TV studio and does numerous live interviews each day of the fair, the first impression we make at trade shows is unquestionably difficult to top! In the studio, we were in direct contact with the managing directors and sales managers of the respective companies, whom Mr Baumgaertner interviewed, to prepare and brief them for the interview, including wiring under our direction.

Our “black cube”, as we affectionately dubbed it, was also a major highlight and a great eye-catcher. In our CSA lounge – and this is anything but a matter of course – we were able to participate and engage with people in a completely natural way. Customer care is something that means great responsibility and trust. And it is precisely this ongoing connection with customers – whether it be at reception, in passing conversations or when taking food orders for our chef on-site – that symbolises our firm itself, making it engaging and never boring. Other companies could take a leaf or two out of our book!

So thank you very much for the enormous trust and excellent collaboration.
